On 3 November, more than 150 participants from over 60 countries joined the webinar “It takes a Community to Raise a Physically Active Child”. Hosted as part of the online webinar week organised by the Knowledge Centre for Sport & Physical Activity, Netherlands, the webinar focused on children and youth (0-18 years) and their level of physical activity.

In his welcome words, TAFISA President Prof. Ju-Ho Chang underlined the importance of enhancing opportunities for children to meet the recommend levels of physical activity. He also took the opportunity to express his gratitude to the Knowledge Centre for Sport & Physical Activity for their long-standing partnership with TAFISA and their commitment to better the Sport for All Movement in the Netherlands and internationally. Dr. Myrthe Bruning then shared welcome words on behalf of the Ministry of Health, Welfare, and Sport, Netherlands.
