TAFISA endeavours to support local stakeholders in their initiatives. Launched in 2014, the TAFISA Regional TSG Centres programme aims to establish a worldwide network of like-minded organisations willing to safeguard and promote Traditional Sports and Games, through research, policy and practice.
Organisations interested in hosting a TAFISA regional TSG centres are welcome to contact the TAFISA Office.
Two TAFISA Regional TSG Centres have opened so far in H.V.P.Mandal, Amravati, India, and the Gerlev Sports Academy in Denmark.
Shree H. V. P. Mandal, Amravati, India, was established in 1914 and is a voluntary, social, non-political or secular institute, managed with democratic principles and practices. It is founded on the broader principles of equality, fraternity and social justice. Strong focus is put on the safeguarding of Traditional Sports and Games.

The Gerlev Physical Education and Sports Academy, founded in 1938, is the oldest sports academy in Denmark. Since it was founded, Gerlev has been strongly focussed on developing and creating excitement about movement and sports. Recently, Gerlev has contributed to revising the image of sports through Traditional Sports and Games, parkour and dancing.
