After a brief pause, the KESCAB project partners reconvened to strategize and advance the project’s next phase. The temporary pause allowed for an extension of the project timeline, creating an opportunity to engage strategic partners in the development of the online hub.

On 24–25 March, project partners gathered in Frankfurt, Germany, to review progress and chart the way forward. A key focus of the meeting was revisiting the mapping of existing capacity-building initiatives, which had been identified and submitted as part of the project outputs. Following a thorough document review, partners prioritized key gaps to guide the development of additional capacity-building training modules.

Another significant agenda item was the evaluation of proposals from technical partners for the hub’s development. Partners assessed these proposals to ensure that essential features and functionalities would be incorporated into the final design.

The meeting concluded with the establishment of the next steps, including setting a date and agenda for the upcoming partner meeting. The KESCAB project is set to move forward, reinforcing its commitment to building an impactful capacity-building hub.
