KESCAB Online Hub Project Partners Meet in Frankfurt

From 21 – 22 February 2024, TAFISA hosted the first physical partner meeting of the Knowledge and Experience Sharing and Capacity Building (KESCAB) Online Hub project led by TAFISA with International Council of Sport Science and Physical Education (ICSSPE), Sports Union of Slovenia (SUS), España se Mueve (EsM), The French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF), Laureus Sport For Good Foundation, Knowledge centre for sport and Physical Activity Netherlands (KCSB), Portuguese Sports Confederation (CDP) and Hungarian Leisure Sport Association as partners.
The KESCAB project aims to develop an online hub that will support project partners’ members, their stakeholders, and the Sport for All and physical activity Movement at large through closer cross-sectoral cooperation, a network of advisory services on Education, Sport, and technology to build capacity and exchange knowledge, experience, and good practices on the enabling factors of digital and general Education in Sport for All. The online hub will host different interactive platforms that will link international, European, regional, and national education initiatives and strategies; and connect everyone.

The project meeting was attended by representatives from TAFISA, Laureus Sport for Good Foundation, ICSSPE, SUS, EsM, KCSB, CNOSF and CDP. The meeting agenda was packed with discussions aimed at strategizing the execution of tasks within each work package and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Additionally, partners engaged in brainstorming sessions focused on the design of the online hub to deliver a great user experience.
Following the fruitful discussions, partners concluded the meeting with a walking tour of Frankfurt, providing them with a firsthand experience of the city's charm and ambience.
