On 28 - 30 May, the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sport (EPAS), a body of the Council of Europe, held its annual plenary meetings of the Governing Board and Consultative Committee in Strasbourg.
The sessions kicked off on May 28 with updates from the EPAS Consultative Committee, followed by workshops that addressed topics such as refugees and migrants, Sport for All, and education. On 29 May, the EPAS Consultative Committee welcomed three new members: the International Automobile Federation (FIA), Rugby Europe, and the World Snowboarding Federation (WSF), reaching the maximum of 30 organizations.

The Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sport (EPAS) provides a platform for intergovernmental sports co-operation between the public authorities of its member states. It also encourages dialogue between public authorities, sports federations and NGOs. This contributes to better governance, with the aim of making sport more ethical, more inclusive and safer.
The EPAS Consultative Committee Bureau is elected by the members of the Consultative Committee. The Consultative Committee provides opinions on the program of activities and offers advice for the decisions of the Governing Board (https://www.coe.int/en/web/sport/epas-governing-board).
