On Friday, 10 January, INTERACT+ organized an Experience Sharing Workshop as part of the INTERACT+ Sport for All Capacity Building program. The session was led by Rachel Mait from TAFISA, Aurélie van Hoye from the University of Limerick, and INTERACT+ trainers Mayssa Bsaibes (International Table Tennis Federation Foundation) and Jörg Benner (European Flying Disc Federation). This session provided an opportunity for participants to reflect on their experiences in the workshops where they learned about how to effectively integrate Sport for All initiatives into their operations, events, and policies in a sustainable manner.

The workshop welcomed five participants and centered on evaluating the impact of the training on both individuals and their organizations. We aimed to discuss how the training influenced the design and implementation of Sport for All activities, the application of newly acquired skills, changes in community engagement, improvements in collaboration and partnerships, challenges encountered, and suggestions for enhancing future training delivery. Additionally, the workshop aimed to foster a sense of community and camaraderie among participants.

A follow-up Experience Sharing Workshop will be held upon the completion of all workshops in the summer of 2025.
