On the 1st of July 2019, TAFISA and partners gathered in Munich, Germany, to officially launch the International Sports-Innovation-Network (SINN-i), a front-running network stimulating and creating innovations in the field of physical activity, sports and health with the core focus of bringing more joy of movement into the world. The network was presented to the public on July 3rd, at the “OutDoor by ISPO” fair in Munich, gathering thousands of visitors and where TAFISA Junior Director Jean-Francois Laurent expressed, in a panel discussion, TAFISA’s commitment in supporting innovative practices to build a better through Sport for All.
Under the leadership of the InnovationsManufaktur and with the support of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, the network encompasses not only an amazing array of highly competent partners representing all relevant groups of stakeholders (e.g. sports, health, sciences, technology, materials, engineering and education), but even more brings together enthusiastic and passionate innovators. The SINN-i Network brings together, under its umbrella, 3 ground-breaking projects that aim to disrupt the field of Sport for All and physical activity by experimenting new engagement practices:
