FLOT Family Catch-up!

During a couple of drop-in sessions in August 2021, the Female Leaders of Tomorrow (FLOT) mentees, mentors and partners came together to catch up on the progress made within the project and to discuss next steps.

First, the mentees each provided an update on their individual projects that they have been working hard to complete. The mentees have been invited to present their project during the postponed 27th TAFISA World Congress which is being held in Portorož, Slovenia, from 8 to 12 June 2022. The mentors also provided an update on the mentoring aspect of the project and the support which they have been providing to the mentees. Each mentoring trio/quad continues to meet (virtually) on a regular basis, with strong bonds and friendships firmly formed.

Furthermore, the project partners offered their thanks and appreciation to everyone involved in the project for their ongoing commitment and engagement, even under the challenging circumstances brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. The partners are grateful to the mentees and mentors for remaining focused on achieving the project goals, to train the next generation of women leaders in Sport for All.
