SPACHE (Sport and Physical Activity in Cultural Heritage Environments) is an initiative funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ Sport programme. Developed by a partnership of nine actors, the project aimed to explore the integration of non-competitive physical activities and sports with the exploration of natural and historical heritage. Additionally, it sought to contribute to the advancement and dissemination of knowledge in these areas.

To mark the successful completion of the project, the SPACHE partners have organised a final conference and a workshop in Brussels. The objectives of these events are to disseminate the intellectual outputs of the project to policymakers and stakeholders at the European level, raise awareness among decision-makers about the outcomes of heritage-based sport and physical activity strategies, and provide a capacity-building workshop to enhance policymakers' and stakeholders' ability to design and implement effective heritage-based strategies.
