Join a Postgraduate study at Leipzig University

The Sports Faculty of the University of Leipzig is offering coaches and physical education teachers from developing countries 5-month courses in four alternating specialisations and languages (English, Spanish, French, Arabic).

Who can apply?

Participants up to 40 years, with completed higher education in the field of sports and who have practical experience as athletes or physical education teachers/coaches.  


What are the courses about?

The contents of the courses cover theory and practise, including Sports Management, Sports Didactics, Sports Medicine, Sports Psychology, Strength Training, German Language and much more.


Financing:

The postgraduate study is financed by the Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany. Each participant receives a monthly grant, but the cost of travelling to Leipzig and back to their home country will be borne by participant themselves.
