The REACH partners gathered on Friday, 23 May, to celebrate the Consultation Workshop led by the University of Limerick to discuss and analyze policies and strategies of Sport for All organizations to engage youth and volunteers.
This Consultation Workshop served to complement the research that the University of Limerick is doing to develop the following outputs, essential to produce the Youth Engagement Charter that the REACH project will develop:
The second part of the meeting focused on reviewing the guidelines for the focus-group style workshops that partners will host in June 2025 with the youths selected for the REACH Youth Task Force or Youth Community in order to assess needs and expectations of youth to be engaged in Sport for All leadership, decision-making, and volunteer roles.
The project is currently recruiting applicants for the REACH Youth Task Force or Youth Community through open applications disseminated by the project partners, and the deadline has been extended to June 5th.
TAFISA opened the Call for Applications for the REACH Youth Community only. If you are interested in getting to know more about the project, check our website!
